Cancellation
We might sometimes cancel a class if it is under-enrolled. When we do, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.
In the unlikely circumstance that we must cancel remaining meetings of a class midway through, we will provide a prorated refund equal to the number of missed weeks.
If a student misses a week of class due to illness, we will comp them one free class in a future workshop.
Refunds
For eight-week workshops
If a student can no longer attend and the workshop has not yet started, we’ll provide a full refund.
If a student has attended two classes or fewer in an eight-week workshop and then must drop the class, we’ll provide a 50% refund.
If a student has attended three classes or more, we can no longer provide a refund if they drop the class.
For tutoring
If a student can no longer attend a tutoring session and you notify us beforehand, we’ll give you the choice of rescheduling the session or receiving a full refund.
If a student does not show up to a tutoring session and we aren’t notified beforehand, we will not provide a refund.
Dismissal
Students may only be picked up by the people identified on their enrollment form. By participating in this program you agree to pick your student up on time.
